Have you heard of Occam’s Razor?

It’s a rule that says “the simplest explanation is usually the correct one”.

So next time an employee, teammate or colleague forgets to do something, don’t automatically assume the worst.

It’s unlikely to be out of spite, maliciousness or scheming.

They probably just… forgot.

We’re all human, after all.
